Clients, consulting engineers and asset owners need more than a finished surface — they need proof the work was built to specification. USCM stages quality assurance from mobilisation to owner handover: ITPs agreed with the engineer, hold points booked into the schedule, test and survey records filed as work proceeds, and as-built documentation ready for practical completion under Australian industry practice.
