Works are measured against project specifications and consulting engineer requirements, with hold points witnessed as agreed.

AS/NZS and industry test methods

Compaction, materials and pipeline testing follow Australian Standards and project-specified methods (including NATA laboratory testing where required).

Survey verification

Set-out and as-constructed survey confirm levels, alignments and extents before stages are released.

Non-conformance control

From mobilisation to owner handover

ITPs agreed before works commence

Inspection and test plans are set out with the client's engineer so hold points, test methods and acceptance criteria are clear from day one — ITPs and inspections locked before dig.

Engineer and authority hold points scheduled

Compaction, survey, pressure and witness points are booked into the lookahead so production does not stall waiting on sign-off. Quality audits sit in the same calendar when the package calls for them.

Records filed as the work is done

Compaction results, pipe tests, concrete pours and survey pick-ups are logged against the ITP in real time — not reconstructed from diaries at PC. Material conformance is proven while the layer is open.

As-built and handover pack for the owner

As-built drawings, certifications and close-out documents are compiled progressively so the asset owner receives a clean handover pack. NCRs and corrective actions are closed with evidence before PC.
