Labourer
General civil labour supporting earthworks, drainage and road crews — reliable, fit and ready for Australian site conditions.
- White card and site induction completed before first shift
- Pipe bedding, trench support, material handling and general site clean-up
- Work under leading hands on subdivisions, drainage corridors and commercial pads
- Willingness to travel for regional packages when the crew needs extra hands
Lead Engineer
Lead engineering on civil packages — design coordination, quality hold points and clear client reporting against Australian Standards and Australian project specs.
- Build to Australian Standards plus Main Roads, Water Corporation and local council specs used on Australian civils
- Keep survey, testing and as-built records ready through to handover
- Coordinate plant, subcontractors and consultants so engineering stays ahead of the dig
- Same discipline on mining and Perth metro packages — queries, defects and variations closed out properly
Drain Layer
Install gravity and pressure drainage to Australian trade practice — bedding, jointing, testing and trench safety done right the first time.
- Australian drainlaying / plumbing trade pathway with competency checks and site induction before you start
- Pipe install, manholes, connections and testing to Australian practice and Water Corporation expectations in Australia
- Trench safety, shoring awareness and safe work methods that match Australia workplace health and safety rules
- Work alongside excavator crews on subdivisions, sewer corridors and commercial drainage packages
Project Manager
Run schedule, commercial and site interface on earthworks, drainage and road packages — clear client reporting under Australian construction practice.
- Lead weekly lookaheads, risk ownership and stage-release reporting for developers and tier-one clients
- Keep safety, quality and commercial controls aligned to Australia civil and mining site expectations
- Manage plant allocation, labour hire and subcontractor interface from our Perth-region base
- Comfortable with Australian construction contracts, variations and handover to the client
